Returns and Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period, which means that after purchasing an item, you can request its return within 30 days.

An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition as when you received it, has not been worn or used, still has tags or labels attached, and is in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@koseon.cz. Returned items must be sent to the following address:
Koseon, Březinova 465/17, 186 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the problem and resolve the situation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (food, cut flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items (cosmetics, etc.). We also do not accept the return of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to quickly receive the desired item, please return the item you have, and after we receive it, place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union

Regardless of the above, if goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification.
As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, not worn or used, unopened or unused, with tags or labels attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days using your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
