Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Options
Orders are shipped via the following carriers:

  • Zásilkovna (Pickup Point or Z-Box)

  • PPL – home delivery

  • Personal Pickup – at our salon or warehouse (by arrangement)

At checkout, you can select your preferred delivery method.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the chosen carrier and destination country.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders received on business days by 12:00 are usually shipped the same day.
Orders received after 12:00 or on weekends are shipped the next business day.

For “made-to-order” products, shipping may take 2–5 business days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your shipment has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Times

  • Czech Republic: 1–3 business days

  • Slovakia: 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Outside the EU: 7–14 business days (depending on customs procedures)

Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or special events (e.g., Black Friday).

4. Free Shipping

  • Free shipping in the Czech Republic for orders over 1,700 CZK

  • Free shipping to Slovakia for orders over 2,500 CZK

(Valid for standard shipments only, oversized products are excluded.)

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@koseon.cz.

If you receive a damaged package, photograph the packaging and contents immediately upon receipt and send the photos to the same email. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. International Shipping
International shipments are sent via Zásilkovna or PPL.
Shipping costs outside the EU are calculated individually based on the package weight and destination country.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply when importing goods into their country.

7. Changing the Delivery Address
If you need to modify the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@koseon.cz.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee address changes.
