Welcome to the store: Koseon! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Koseon store. Koseon operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, with the goal of providing you, the customer, a tailored shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”). Koseon uses Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Koseon reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Koseon confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order.
Please carefully review your order before submission, as we may not be able to cancel it after acceptance. If your order is not accepted, changed, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of the order.
Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only, not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is submitted and is stated in your order confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, published prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Nothing herein grants a license or other rights under any Koseon, Shopify, or third-party patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Koseon.

The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Koseon are Koseon’s trademarks or those of its affiliates or licensors. You may not use them without prior written consent. Shopify and its affiliates’ names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other trademarks appearing in the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

The Services may provide access to third-party customer tools, which we do not monitor, control, or endorse.
You acknowledge and agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We are not responsible for any use of third-party tools or related outcomes.
Any future features, including new tools and resources, will also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Koseon is operated on Shopify’s platform, which allows us to provide Services. All sales and purchases are directly between you and Koseon. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Koseon, including injury, loss, or damage from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from transactions with Koseon.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

All personal data collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK] and, for certain information, Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm you have read these policies.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koseon, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, service providers, licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, replacement costs, or other damages arising from your use of the Services or products, even if advised of potential damages.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koseon, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) violation of law or third-party rights, or (3) use of the Services. We may control the defense and settlement of claims with legal counsel of our choice.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will remain enforceable to the maximum extent allowed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms and any policies represent the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafter.

These Terms and any separate agreements for Services are governed by federal and state or local courts where Koseon is located. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

We may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check for changes. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
