It provides deep hydration and a radiant appearance thanks to a rich blend of rice water, rice bran, fermented rice filter and white rice protein extracts. Enriched with niacinamide to unify the tone and ceramide NP to strengthen the skin barrier, this foam toner intensely hydrates, refines pores and balances the skin's oil-to-water ratio for a healthy, radiant appearance.

Use:
